If you are not completely satisfied with your floral purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make things right, whether through a replacement arrangement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Reporting Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us address your concerns efficiently, please provide:

- Photographs showing the concern (if applicable)
- The date and time you received your delivery
- Your contact information for follow-up
We request that you report any quality issues within 24 hours of delivery to allow us to properly assess and address your concerns. Photographs are particularly helpful in documenting any damage or quality concerns.
Eligible Issues for Resolution

Damaged Flowers
If your arrangement arrives with damaged flowers due to mishandling during delivery, we will replace the arrangement or provide a refund. Please document any damage with photographs and contact us immediately upon receipt.
Wrong Order
If you receive an arrangement different from what you ordered, we will correct the error promptly. We will either deliver the correct arrangement or provide a full refund, depending on your preference and timing constraints.
Quality Concerns
If flowers appear wilted, discolored, or otherwise not meeting our quality standards upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
Non-Delivery
If your order is not delivered by the scheduled date and time, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the situation and either expedite delivery or provide a full refund.
Resolution Options
Depending on the nature of the issue and your preferences, we may offer the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We will create and deliver a new arrangement at no additional cost
- Partial Refund: For minor issues, we may offer a partial refund proportional to the concern
- Full Refund: For significant issues where replacement is not possible or preferred
- Store Credit: Credit toward a future purchase with extended validity
Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that the following situations are generally not eligible for refunds or replacements:
- Natural wilting after the expected vase life has passed (typically 5-7 days for most arrangements)
- Improper care after delivery (exposure to extreme temperatures, lack of water, direct sunlight)
- Recipient not available at the time of delivery (we will attempt redelivery or safe location placement)
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Change of mind or preference after the arrangement has been created and delivered
- Minor variations in color or bloom selection due to seasonal availability
Wedding and Event Orders
Due to the custom nature and advance preparation required for wedding and event floristry, different policies apply:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or materials already ordered
- Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event: 50% refund of total order value
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund available
- Date changes: Subject to availability and may incur additional fees
Please refer to your wedding or event contract for specific terms that may supersede this general policy.
Flower Care for Longevity
To maximize the life of your floral arrangement, we recommend the following care tips:
- Place flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts
- Check water levels daily and replenish as needed with fresh, cool water
- Trim stems at an angle every 2-3 days to improve water absorption
- Remove any flowers that begin to wilt to prevent bacteria spread
- Keep flowers away from ripening fruits, which release ethylene gas that can shorten flower life
- Use the flower food provided with your arrangement as directed
Subscription Orders
For customers with subscription services:
- You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time before the next scheduled delivery
- Changes or cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery
- Quality concerns for subscription deliveries follow the same guidelines as single orders
Processing Time
Once we receive your request for a return, exchange, or refund:
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Resolution decisions are typically made within 1-2 business days
- Replacement arrangements will be delivered within 1-3 business days
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method
